The pool wall consists of a steel jacket made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a protective coating of 0.8 mm thickness. The inner part of the pool consists of a high-quality reinforced film of 0.6 mm in blue color, resistant to UV radiation and pool water. This oval-shaped pool has dimensions of 600 x 320 x 150 cm, the outer color of the steel wall is white. Thanks to the high-quality processing, the pool is particularly durable and stable. Steel wall The high-quality steel wall is hot-dip galvanized for stabilization according to EN 10346 and additionally coated according to EN 10169. It is a chrome-free coating that respects and meets the requirements of the REACH regulation. The steel shell is 0.8 mm thick. The ends of the steel walls are simply connected using an aluminum plug-in profile and inserted into the high-quality plastic profiles of the top and floor strips. There is no need to screw anything. In order to connect the pool with a filtration circuit, you need to purchase a skimmer, which is not included in the delivery. You can then simply connect the pool via the pool hoses to the sand filtration. Pool film Premium UV stabilized PVC film, made in Germany, has a thickness of 0.6 mm and is blue in color. The film is resistant to tearing and cold and can remain installed on the pool even through the winter. It is custom-made for the respective pool and high-frequency welded. The pool foil is attached to the bar on the upper part of the pool using a special lock. The attachment is thus very simple, comfortable and durable. Construction of the pool The pool is designed to be fully embedded in the ground. The best base for the pool is a concrete slab, or a compacted gravel bed is also sufficient. It is necessary to place a protective liner under the pool to prevent damage to the pool film. We recommend a pool geotextile pad. We recommend stripping the constructed pool of insulation (e.g. Styrodur) and filling it with dry concrete. The pool is suitable for DIY construction and is suitable for DIYers who want to build it themselves.
