This granular product based on active oxygen is intended for disinfection and maintenance of water in swimming pools. The product contains 98% potassium persulfate. In water treated with CTX - 100/GR, there is no unpleasant smell of chlorine and it does not irritate the eyes. When CTX - 100GR is dissolved in water, strong oxidation occurs, which is capable of eliminating organic substances, harmful microorganisms contained in water and chloramines (bound chlorine). Water treated with active oxygen does not dry skin or hair. For proper functioning, CTX - 100/GR must be supplemented with CTX - 540 (microbicide)! Instructions for use and dosage: Initial dosage: 20g CTX - 100/GR per 1m3 of water Further dosage: 10g CTX - 100/GR per 1m3 of water/week The initial dosage must be repeated at the first signs of water turbidity. Mix the necessary amount of product with water in a large plastic container and spread the solution evenly over the surface of the pool. Apply the product without the presence of swimmers in the pool, preferably in the early evening. Start the filtration for approx. 2 hours. Then check the active oxygen content of the water using a test kit. If the content of active oxygen is higher than 1g/m3, it is necessary to wait and use the pool only after its value falls below the indicated amount. Unlike chlorine, active oxygen does not combine with organic nitrogen, which forms unwanted chloramines that irritate the eyes and mucous membranes, but it is fully compatible with chlorine.
