A regular stay in an infrared sauna significantly helps the cardiovascular system, cures back, joint and limb pain, strengthens the immune system, removes cellulite and improves skin quality.
During your stay in the infrared sauna, you can listen to your favorite music from an MP3 player or FM radio. They allow a comfortable view from the sauna

The cabin is equipped with external lighting, a reading lamp and LEDs with seven changing colors for light therapy (chromotherapy), which helps to harmonize the body psychologically and emotionally.
