TIPS FOR USING YOUR INFRA SAUNA
When staying in an infrared sauna, we recommend wearing a minimum of clothing, as some clothing materials absorb infrared rays and nullify their effect. We recommend using the infrared sauna only after about ten minutes, when the infrared heater is in operation. Let it warm up first. Compared to traditional saunas, infrared saunas have the advantage of an almost immediate effect. You don't need to preheat the infrared sauna 40 minutes in advance - 10 minutes is plenty, which saves you a lot of time and energy.
Immediately after entering, you will feel the heat generated by the carbon infrared heater-infrared radiator. The wavelength of this heat will allow the infrared rays to penetrate your skin and warm your body in the subcutaneous area. Most people tend to start sweating after 20 minutes of being in the sauna, although this time decreases with the intensity of the sauna sessions.
PRACTICAL ADVICE FOR USING THE VALENCIA INFRASAUNA
If you shower or bathe in hot water before staying in the sauna, you will also sweat more during your stay in the sauna.
You can use a portable ceiling fan to regulate the correct temperature inside the sauna-infrasauna. This will allow for faster and more even heat distribution.
For comfort when sitting, use a folded towel several times.
For relief from sore and tense muscles, massage the affected area while in the sauna for faster pain relief.
For more effective care of your ankles and feet, you can raise your legs and rest them near the heater, which will result in the effect of deep warming of the limbs.
A relaxing and soothing stay in the infrared sauna will provide you with better quality and pleasant sleep.
Do not take a shower immediately after finishing your stay in the sauna. Since your body has been heated during your stay in the infrared sauna and you continue to sweat even when the heaters are already turned off. Open the sauna door and let your body sweat a little more as you cool down. After you start to feel more comfortable, you can shower in warm or cold water to remove the sweat from the surface of your body.
We recommend drinking a sufficient amount of water before, during and after a session in the sauna to avoid dehydration.
