Sand filtration CF SFA 9 Sand filtration is the heart of every pool, which ensures that the water in the pool is of high quality and beautifully clean. SFA 9 filtration is designed for pools with a volume of up to 45 m3. The filter container is made of high-quality polypropylene, holds 75 kg of filter sand and resists corrosion and common pool chemicals. Filtration has a powerful 550W pump and is equipped with a coarse dirt pre-filter, which captures all larger dirt. A practical drain valve is part of the filter container. The filtration head is equipped with a 6-way valve. Thanks to the powerful pump, the filtration is suitable for users who need to connect pool accessories (e.g. solar heating, vacuum cleaner) to the filter circuit. The filtration is designed for outdoor use and is weather resistant. Silica sand, which is stored in a filter container, serves as a filter medium. The characteristic of silica sand is that it is sharp-edged. Its grains have more sharply cut edges than other types of sand, thanks to which it captures significantly more dirt. The pool water passes through the sand in the filter container, even the smallest impurities are caught in the sand and crystal clear water returns to the pool. It's essentially the same principle that filters water in nature. To ensure high quality filtering, we recommend flushing the sand twice a month.
