Instructions:

Wash before use. Wash separately. Coagulation 5%. After washing, shape into the original shape while still wet. Do not place the pad too close to the hot sauna stove. Gentle cycle 40 °C. Iron at medium temperature. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. After use in the sauna, lightly rinse the pillow under the shower or wash it in the washing machine.
