Instructions for use:

Shake the bottle before use. The recommended dosage is 3 caps per 1 liter of water. Mix well and pour hot sauna stones over with a ladle as needed. Always dilute the essence with water. Never leave the bottle in a hot sauna. Always empty the bucket after sauna use. Do not leave the essence bottle in a hot sauna.
