Instructions for use:

Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2 to 4 cups into a bucket of water, mix well and top with a ladle of hot sauna stones as needed. Always dilute the essence with water. Never leave the bottle in a hot sauna. Always empty the bucket after sauna use. Do not leave the essence bottle in a hot sauna.
