Sauna herbs WELLNESS MIXTURE 50g

You can use fresh herbs in different ways:
Place a wooden bowl with a handful of herbs in the sauna area. Under the influence of heat, the aroma is released from the herbs in the most natural way. An excellent solution is to spread the herbs on a sieve above the sauna stove and pour the stove over this sieve. Herbs have a large volume - kilo packages are intended for public use. A 50-gram package usually corresponds to more than 250 ml of herbs. For home use, approx. 30 g per bowl is sufficient. The herbs can remain in the sauna for several sauna cycles - as long as they smell, they are useful.
